What is the cheapest way to receive medical health care in USA?

Q. I am about to leave my and in doing so dropping my health benefits. Where can I locate health benefits in california that are not too costly?

A. Find a job that offers health insurance, or simply buy insurance. In the United States, the average person can get $1 million in coverage that covers 2 annual physical exams and discounted prescription drugs for about $30 a month with a $2-3k deductible. However, we also have tax deductible HSA's or Health Savings Accounts to complement the high deductible insurance plans.

This works quite well for some people, such as myself. I pay about $300 a year for health insurance, and over 2 years using the HSA's saved about $15,000 that is set aside to cover my deductible or other health related costs. In those same 2 years, if I were to have the same insurance I provide my employees, I would have paid more than $10,000 compared to my $600.

Is giving a living wage and health benefits to a hard-working American now called socialism?
Q. It seems the warped Fox types now think it is communism or socialism to pay a decent wage with health-care benefits? Is that the Republican attitude? Do all Rebulicans now call this communism?

A. Of course, it's the time honoured way for all conservatives to scream communism at the merest hint of anything which might divert the flow of cash into their pockets. One of the world's best economies is that of Norway, which is a deeply socialist nation. Having lived both there and in the USA, I can tell you that they have virtually no homelessness, minimal crime, outstanding socialized medicine (available to everyone, rich or poor), and one of the highest performing education systems in Europe. Add to this an environmentally responsible mindset, excellent public transport, a very high standard of living, only the most blinkered cretin opponent of socialism could deny that it works when administered properly. And no doubt they'd still call the Norwegians "commies", then lock their doors, arm themselves to the teeth, and keep paying their medical insurance, and saying God Bless America

Booker; I'm neither Norwegian nor American. You are typical of the detestable greedy me-me-me sheep who inhabit far too many US cities. Since you are obviously mentally incompetent I shall ask you a simple question. Why can the USA afford to spend trillions on the laughable war on terror (small case intended), yet cannot afford to educate its citizens, allows people to die from lack of medical treatment, and has the highest level of homelessness in the developed world? Have you never asked yourself just how a government with almost no social programs to pay for has managed to virtually bankrup its country? I'll stick to Norway thanks, that way I won't get shot at, I won't get mugged, I won't drive a stupidly large engined SUV that makes me look like a retard, I won't have to pay medical insurance (that may or may not be any use at all should I get sick), I'll get top notch education, I'll earn one of the highest average incomes in the world, living in one of the very few world economies that has a trade surplus, I won't have a moronic imbecile as a president, and most of all I can sleep soundly knowing that my taxes are helping people less fortunate than myself.

Have Democrats crossed the line from helping the poor, to helping the poor become the dominant class?
Q. Hillary Clinton was on the board of directors of Walmart.

Walmart is now the biggest employer in the USA.

Most Walmart employees are dirt poor, and Walmart keeps them that way.

They get no health benefits, so they go on Medicaid and WE TAXPAYERS become their benefits plan.

Medicaid pays for them to have an unlimited number of babies, so the government keeps flooding the country with more and more poor people to spend their lives slaving at Walmart.

Has this gone beyond helping the poor to escape from poverty, and entered the realm of perpetuating poverty for generations?

A. It is all about power.

The Democrat Party has a consistent long term strategy of consolidating permanent power through the creation of huge voter base which is irrevocably dependent on government.

They are very close to succeeding.

Is the only way to save USA auto industy by a purge thru bankrupcy?
Q. Isnt that going to be a burden on the older retirees who dont have savings and used to that extra $1800 per month plus all health benefit, in particular that bunch?

Would it be better for the Whole Company, thru the CEO's and UAW leadership to vote a void on the current contract and go that route to at least spare a lot of pain to individuals and families?

A. Yes.
