Hello, I am launching a new insurance agent directory website ( www.OIAgent.com) soon and I am looking to find forums, yahoo / Google groups, online or offline magazines, or any other such places that have people who are interested in insurance. Q. What are the consequences for not being able to produce a detailed job search history for employment insurance? I was looking for work but I didn't keep a list of who I applied to. I just received a questionnaire asking if I was available for work and for proof.

Are diagnostic charges covered? if so, is there a separate annual limit?
Are prescriptions covered? if so what is the copay? Is there a separate annual limit?

Is mental health coverage included?
