Q. I already have service with sprint under my sisters name. We are on a family plan, but do not have an upgrade for the iPhone 4s. My question is could I start service under my name buy the iPhone for the new customer price and cancel service within 14 days and keep the phone and activate it on my sisters account. My other big question is would that effect my credit or the possibility of me being able to have Sprint in the future? Thanks
A. Do not do that. You will end up paying so much money and could possibly get in trouble. If you try to do that you first have to pay for the new phone and new plan. Then if you want to cancel you will also have an early termination fee and since we are talking about the iphone or any smartphone sprint can charge you upwards of 400 dollars now thats the price for the phone alone. you also have to pay for your service. So this can be a hassle and like i said there's a possibility of you getting in trouble. If you really want the iphone just buy the unlock version at its full price because honestly that is cheaper than what you want to do

How much is the iPhone 4S monthly on Verizon?
Q. I have Verizon Wireless as my network and my upgrade is coming up soon, I am looking into the the iPhone 4S 16 GB. I was just curious how much it would cost a month including unlimited texting, and the data plan.
A. You should be asking these kind of questions to Verizon or Apple, not Yahoo Answers. Note that a lot of answers here on this site are downright wrong. When you are asking a question about a company's official policy, the best policy is to go to that company's website for the latest-and-greatest information.
Anyhow, here's the rate plan comparison page from Apple:
https://static.ips.apple.com.edgekey.net/ipa_preauth/content/catalog/en_US/index.html
If you have any confusion about what's written on the aforementioned page, contact Verizon. They will explain it to you until you understand. It might be fifteen seconds, it might be forty-five minutes, but that's what their customer service department is paid to do.
Good luck.

How much would I have to pay for an iPhone 4S?
Q. I've been having an iPhone 4 since last year with AT&T as my carrier. Now I'm still on a 2 year contract but I'm planning on getting a 16GB iPhone 4S and I would like to know how much would it be to get it even though I'm still on a contract, and would it be worth it? Thanks.
A. On AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon.
