How long does it take insurance companies to create your insurance?

Q. My father just bought a mercedez sl 500 convertible. Its a 2000. We got it on saturday. Call the insurance to transfer myself onto the car on monday. todays wednesday and still no word. How long will it take for them to rate the car and post me on the insurance?

A. Should take about 15 minutes, with a halfway decent agent - and they should be able to fax or email you an insurance card, so you have proof of coverage.

How many members will the Church of Atheism of Eau Claire have by 2020?
Q. In one year they gained 30 members, performed 2 weddings, de-baptized 4 people, de-confirmed 1 person, and sold one post-rapture pet insurance policy.

Would you expect 60 members total next year, or do you think it will compound?

A. There's a Church of Atheism? Sounds like a contradiction to me..

How does an eBay seller get insurance for their product?
Q. I need full insurance coverage for the products I am selling. I need product, damage control, and postal insurance. Is there an all in one deal anywhere? I know buyers can obtain insurance on some products through ebay, but can sellers get insurance too while it's shipped to the buyer. Can Paypal or eBay cover it?

A. You can buy insurance when you print your packages online up to $500 for USPS packages and $1000 for UPS through Paypal shipping, USPS.com and UPS.com

You can walk in packages more than that to the UPS store or the post office

Personally, I think shipping insurance is a rip-off. I believe in self-insurance. If 1 or 2 packages a year get lost, I just take the loss and cover it with what I saved from the hundreds of packages that got to their destination without any insurance.

How is the dental insurance in the military?
Q. How is the dental insurance in the military? Do they pay for most major dental practices?

A. For who? The AD member? there is no charges and all work is taken care of on base/post by the Dental Clinic there unless a referral is needed.

For dependents, it is $13 for 1 dependent, $33 for 2 or more, covers 2 cleanings every year, 1 standard xray every year, and up to 80% coverage of work done with a cap of $1200 per year. If the dependent is under 23 then up to $1500 is covered for braces. These prices and coverage will change within the next year as it is going from United Concordia to MetLife. http://www.tricaredentalprogram.com
