A. They are offering them to current VZW customers right now. I don't think you can get one on the day they are released.

Q. I bought a brand new Verizon iPhone 4 a few days ago and my phone does not vibrate for text messages. The little blue box with a glimpse of the message shows up, but it does not vibrate at all. Could someone please explain step by step what I need to do.
P.S: I already went into settings and turned vibrate on, but it is still not vibrating for text messages.

A. Try reseting all the settings for texting (default settings) maybe the system is stuck. Does it vibrate for other things?
