A. You can receive federal Stafford Loans with no credit check. As long as you aren't in default on a previous student loan, you should be eligible. If the Stafford Loans aren't enough to cover your expenses, then the next step is usually private loans, which do require good credit.

Q. My wife has asked for a divorce over six months ago. Now she wants to ask me some questions about my finances during our marriage and my actions. I would like to know what are some good questions for me to ask her. Please let me know. Is it better over the phone or in person?
A. well i think you should meet in person with or with out a lawer (up to you). i would ask her why she left, what is the future holding for you too, why she wants to know about your financial business and what you feel in your heart. be honest with her and yourself. you might regret it in the end.
