Q. I am searching for insurance companies that provide production coverage for filmmaking in and around Philadelphia. Does anyone know where I can find that information? I've checked yellowpages.com already.
A. These companies usually work nationally, but they tend to be located where the number of customers is greatest--in other words, the Los Angeles area, and to some extent, New York City. Do a Google or Yahoo search for "film insurance" and I'm sure you will get plenty of hits. Then call their toll-free numbers (they always have one) and discuss your needs.
However, I am pretty sure that the Chubb Group of insurance companies still writes film production insurance policies, and they have a big presence in the Philadelphia area. I kind of doubt that their film insurance is *based* here, but they do have a local office, so you might start with them.

Refinance mortgage after garage is converted to living space without permit?
Q. Last year, we coverted our one car garage to a living space by enclosing it, adding a window, finishing the floor. No plumbing is added. From outside, it still looks like a garage. We didn't apply for a building permit. We are thinking of refinancing the mortgage. Note: It is in New York State. I am wondering if the converted garage will casue any issue during apraisal, title search, title insurance, etc. Thanks in advance.
A. It shouldn't cause a problem, but in some areas can actually lower your property values instead of raising it. Since you already on the home, a title search, title insurance, etc is not neccesary. You are refinancing a mortgage, not getting a new one.
What is the best way to find or reach a target audience for customers searching for insurance?
Q. Hello, I am launching a new insurance agent directory website ( www.OIAgent.com) soon and I am looking to find forums, yahoo / Google groups, online or offline magazines, or any other such places that have people who are interested in insurance. Please give me as many links and or suggestions as possible.
As a note we center on American Insurance Agents and as such I am looking for US customers.
Thanks in Advance!!

A. Look http://paid2click.cybershimla.com and Advertise your website their.
I found their website through an article that specifically listed they as a good website that sells high quality traffic. I purchased 5,000 visitors to my website, and noticed the difference before I even checked my logs! I am so glad that I finally found a way to market my website that can be done quickly. I know how important SEO is, but they have to promote in other ways too. I know I've found a working method!
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with their service. My campaigns were set up promptly and delivered as promised. I was impressed with the results as well. I purchased traffic for two of my websites and I received over 1450 signups for the first website and over 1030 signups for the second. (That's less than $0.01 a lead! Try finding that elsewhere!).
Their advertising works great. I'm using a direct landing page for my campaign and have been tracking every ad. A very high amount of visitors have been browsing my site and my conversion rates have gone up..

Employment Insurance: Not able to produce a detailed list of places I applied to?
Q. What are the consequences for not being able to produce a detailed job search history for employment insurance? I was looking for work but I didn't keep a list of who I applied to. I just received a questionnaire asking if I was available for work and for proof.
Most of my search was through social networking (in the business sense) and I couldn't provide dates and times if I wanted to.

A. Depends on the insurance company.
Ask them what proof they will need to substantiate the job searchs.
Not really sure what Employment Insurance is but with all other types of insurance, the policy is taken on the grounds of Utmost good faith - in other words, they believe what you say unless given a reason to believe otherwise.
Ring the Insurance company and ask the,m
