A. Well it really depends on what country you are in about the plan. Im in New Zealand for example and all of our providers allow prepaid plans on any phone, including iphones (I would now because i have one). But that may be different in wherever you live. Best idea is to go into your carrier's closest shop/outlet and talk to a consultant about the plan.

Again, different iTunes stores in different countries have different available content so it might not be available in where you live. Best idea would be to just browse through the iTunes store for one :)
