Do you Think Friends that Yahoo answer site should give Prizes to the Top users who help others by Knowledge?

Q. hi friends
i personally thinks that yahoo answer site authority should give prizes to the top users or they should decide that at certain level or points the person will reach, they should be awarded

there are some users who give serious help others, they should be awarded, what do you think
the person who crosses about 40,000 points or at any great level should be awarded

A. Actually, I think they do get special credits for having high points like privileges on the number of questions they can answer, unlimited questions they could ask, and the number of times they could vote. Also, if they have been top contributors, they get to have the "top contributor" bar sign below their names.. Cool, isn't it? And if they've been the number one contributor, they get their avatars and names exposed on the top part of all the questions.. Like Judas Rabbi and such. =)

After asking a question on a forum or answer site like this, is it plagiarizing to use the answers people give?
Q. After asking a question on a forum or answer site like this, is it plagiarizing to use the answers that people give you? I haven't done this, however, we are in a new age of internet and these answer sites are for people with questions who want answers, so aren't all answers technically "gifts" in a way to the questioner?

A. To be honest personally I am happy for anyone to share knowledge, more so if I was the person who contributed it in the first place. I wouldn't want any recognition.
Go for your life is my opinion :)

What is the fastest and best way to achieve a higher level in Yahoo Answers?
Q. I am a level one in Yahoo! Answers. I love this blog/answer site and cannot get enough of it. But can someone please tell me what is the fastest way to get points and earn a higher level? I am curious to know how others did it. Thank you!

A. The faster you go the more you are on and the more chance of suspension.
Easiest to hardest tips
1. Make second account ask questions and chose you self as best answer (NO RECOMMENDED!)
2. Vote for own best answers since at least 40% or the question here never get best answers chosen so answer questions ans vote for your self it at a minimum boosts it up 10% or more.
3. Answer a lot go to you limit and get best answers by actually working hard for each question.
4. Ask less it wastes point since most level 1 do not have them

It takes at least a year to be level 7 for the best of people so do not hurry.

Are there any question and answer sites for local businesses?
Q. Are there any question and answer sites for local businesses? I am looking for something which allows me to ask specific questions about a lawyer or a dentist or a restaurant. So, Yelp doesn't cut it for me and Quora, Fluther, Ask.com, Vark, Yahoo answers are too generic.

A. I have been using an iPhone app called Loqly which does exactly what you are looking for. I live in Dallas/Forth-Worth metroplex so I can tell you that at least in DFW area you will get answers fairly quick. http://loqly.me
