What sets you apart from other realtors in your area?
What would you recommend to someone who wants to become a realtor?
Describe one of your worst clients you have had to deal with?

A. 1) Wanted to stop traveling and stay in town.
2) Professionalism and trustworthiness.
3) Be VERY sure this is what you want to do. Now isn't the best time to be getting into the market.
4) I don't mind picky clients but I can't stand dishonest ones. I'm open and honest with all my clients, why can't they do the same with me?
5) Not "types" of properties but definitely certain areas.
6) Stay in touch via periodic phone calls but more often emails and a montly email newsletter. But only because I put useful information in the newsletter.

Is there a rule against how many of your questions or answers you can delete?
Q. I often delete questions or answers because i have paranoia that i have said something wrong, (an ocd)i have alot of issues. Is there a rule against deleting too much?
A. There is no rule per se. But you can only delete your questions or answers if they are still open. Once closed or resolved (question has either gone to voting or asker has chosen a best answer), they can no longer be deleted. They become the property of Yahoo! and remain on the site indefinitely. Even if you were to cancel your account, they would still remain.
So if you want to delete questions or answers, make sure the question is still open for answers, or you can not delete.
